User rules

You retain ownership of personal content and documents you submit, subject to third-party rights and any obligations to share information with counterparties in a transaction.

By submitting content you grant DealHubHome a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to provide platform services and to facilitate property transactions.

You represent that you have the right to submit content and that it does not violate laws or the rights of others. DealHubHome may remove content that violates these terms or is unlawful.
